The staff were very amiable and excellent, and the atmosphere was quiet, mainly due to the staff. Stayed in reasonably sized quadruple room with private bathroom. An iron/ironing board, tea and coffee making facilities, and a work desk were a huge plus...

The hotel was an excellent home base for enjoying a peaceful area, near San Giovanni & Manzoni metro stations and metro and buses. We spent 3 nights in a reasonably sized room with a nice view. the staff was very responsive and created a quiet atmosphere. the best part of our stay was the really tasty breakfast with croissants, cheese, and ham. Exceptionally nice location - a short walk to everywhere we needed.

The location of the room is perfect, with easy access to transportation options. Giuliano and Stephanie were very helpful. the view from the room is extraordinary, and the balcony is a great spot to relax. the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious with a fantastic shower. the local restaurants nearby had a great selection and friendly staff. There are also nearby grocery stores for convenience.
